Our technical approach prioritizes Molecular Stability and Structural Homogeneity. Unlike small-scale manufacturers, we use high-pressure pentane-blown technology to ensure a uniform cell structure.
PIR (Polyisocyanurate) is our flagship recommendation for industrial zones. It features a higher ratio of isocyanurate rings, providing superior fire resistance (B1/B2 ratings) and mechanical strength compared to standard PUR.
We utilize a patented Asymmetric Joint Design. By minimizing the steel-to-steel contact at joints, we eliminate "thermal bridges," preventing condensation and ice formation on the external shell.
Our panels use Z275 galvanized steel with PVDF or PE coatings. This ensures a service life of 25+ years even in saline or high-humidity environments near coastal export zones.
