China Sandwich Roof Panels with PIR/PUR Foam Core - Reliable Suppliers & Factory Options

Sandwich roof panels are an innovative solution widely used in the construction industry, particularly for commercial and industrial buildings. These panels offer superior insulation, robust structural integrity, and appealing aesthetics, making them an excellent choice for diverse roofing applications.

Manufactured in China, our sandwich roof panels feature a core made of high-quality PIR (polyisocyanurate) or PUR (polyurethane) foam, meticulously sandwiched between two durable outer layers, typically constructed from galvanized steel or aluminum. Available from our factory in various thicknesses ranging from 30mm to 200mm, these panels meet specific insulation needs and comply with local building regulations. Explore our offerings as trusted suppliers of high-performance sandwich roof panels in the market.

Product Description

Products Description

Our PIR or PUR Sandwich Roof Panel with the features of high thermal insulation value, lightweight, moisture resistant, durability, energy efficiency, versatility and easy installation, sandwich roof panel become a popular solution. PIR or PUR Sandwich roof panels are used in a wide variety of applications including industrial buildings, commercial buildings, agricultural structures as well as cold storage facilities.

Product Details

Our PIR/PUR roof panels adopt a three-wave crest design with a crest height of 36mm, which greatly improves the roof drainage effect and load-bearing capacity. It can effectively reduce construction costs while ensuring the thermal insulation effect of the building. The roof slope can be low as 3%. With exposed nail design, the nail fixing space is adjustable from 250mm to 1000mm.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between PIR and PUR sandwich roof panels?
PIR (Polyisocyanurate) panels offer a higher fire resistance rating (B1) and slightly better thermal performance, while PUR panels (B2 rating) are more flexible and cost-effective.
What is the minimum roof slope required for installation?
Our panels support a minimum roof slope of just 3% due to the three-wave crest design (36mm height) which ensures effective water drainage.
What surface materials can I choose from?
Options include PPGI, Stainless Steel (SUS304/201), Embossed Aluminum, and Ti-Mg-Zn-Al alloys, with coatings like PVDF, HDP, or EP.
What are the standard dimensions available?
Standard thickness is 100mm, with an effective width of 1000mm and lengths from 1 to 18 meters. Steel thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 0.8mm.
Where are these panels typically used?
They are ideal for industrial warehouses, commercial buildings, agricultural structures, cold storage facilities, and manufacturing plants.
Can I customize the color of the panels?
Yes, we provide a full range of color customization services for PPGI surfaces to match your architectural requirements.
