Engineered for high thermal resistance, mechanical longevity, and airtight seals.
Established on the foundations of thermal engineering excellence, Shaanxi YuanShengHeTong Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. has evolved into a premier global designer, manufacturer, and contractor of insulated envelope solutions and industrial refrigeration systems.
We operate beyond standard manufacturing paradigms. By integrating project thermodynamic simulation, customized manufacturing, globally synchronized logistics, and engineering installation supervision under a single point of responsibility, we resolve thermal bridging issues, optimize operational energy consumption, and guarantee structural durability. Our solutions support key cold chain applications, including controlled atmosphere storage for agricultural preservation, large pharmaceutical distribution facilities, deep-freeze logistics hubs, and cleanroom environments.
"Since our inception in 1996, we have maintained a core commitment to zero thermal-drift and zero structural sagging, supported by continuous technological development and rigorous compliance."
Our facility incorporates advanced automation and strict testing protocols to deliver high-quality thermal insulation panels.
Operating from a specialized 60,000 m² site, our facility utilizes automated production technology and quality management processes.
Our 60,000 square meter facility houses four specialized workshops. These units run high-pressure continuous foaming lines designed to manufacture Polyisocyanurate (PIR) and Polyurethane (PU) sandwich panels under precise temperature and pressure controls. This ensures uniform density distribution throughout the core.
Quality control is managed by a 10-person inspection team. The team performs raw material screening, core density validation, adhesion testing, and dimensional verification on every batch. Each panel is inspected for flatness, structural integrity, and interlocking tightness before delivery, ensuring reliable insulation performance.

Insulated sandwich panels act as the primary barrier against heat transfer. The selection between Polyurethane (PUR) and Polyisocyanurate (PIR) depends on the thermal stability and fire performance requirements of the project.
PUR chemistry uses a balanced ratio of isocyanate and polyol, yielding a cost-effective foam with excellent thermal conductivity (typically λ = 0.022 W/m·K). PIR chemistry increases the proportion of isocyanate, reacting it at higher temperatures to form isocyanurate ring structures. This molecular network gives PIR greater thermal resistance and high-temperature stability. PIR panels regularly achieve B-s1, d0 fire ratings under EN 13501-1, resisting flame spread and reducing smoke development.
| Physical Property | PUR (Polyurethane) Core | PIR (Polyisocyanurate) Core | Test Protocol Reference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core Density | 38 - 40 kg/m³ | 40 - 42 kg/m³ | EN 1602 |
| Thermal Conductivity (λ) | 0.022 W/m·K | 0.019 - 0.021 W/m·K | EN 12667 (at 10°C mean temp) |
| Fire Hazard Classification | Class B2 / Class E | B-s1, d0 / Class 1 | EN 13501-1 / UL 94 |
| Compressive Strength | ≥ 120 kPa | ≥ 150 kPa | EN 826 |
| Closed Cell Content | ≥ 93% | ≥ 95% | ISO 4590 |
Our manufacturing lines produce panels in thicknesses from 50mm to 200mm, providing thermal resistance options up to R-value > 9.5 m²·K/W. Panel interfaces feature double tongue-and-groove profiles with optional integrated cam-locks. When locked, this system pulls the core joints together to create a continuous vapor-tight seal. This design prevents thermal bridging, eliminates condensation risks, and reduces energy consumption in environments with large temperature differentials.
Leveraging China's manufacturing ecosystem to deliver high-performance, cost-effective industrial insulation.
Our factory in Shaanxi maintains direct partnerships with domestic steel producers. This ensures reliable access to high-grade pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI), Galvalume (AZ150), and AISI 304/316 stainless steel sheets, keeping material costs stable.
Automated double-belt lamination lines run continuously to produce consistent flat surfaces, uniform foam expansion, and strong metal-to-core bonding. This manufacturing approach delivers reliable panel performance for major construction projects.
Strategically located in central China, we ship through rail links to Central Asia and Europe, as well as marine ports at Qingdao, Shanghai, and Tianjin. This transport network ensures reliable deliveries to international jobsites.
For global engineering firms and construction contractors, conformity assessment is crucial for market entry and safety verification. Our structural sandwich panels carry full CE Marking, complying with EN 14509: Self-Supporting Double Skin Metal Faced Insulating Panels.
This compliance is verified through an independent Notified Body, which evaluates key criteria:
Our quality management system is audited annually to maintain certification validity, providing traceable quality documentation for global regulatory compliance.
Our panels are designed to meet diverse mechanical, chemical, and thermal requirements across various international industries.
High-humidity preservation environments require corrosion-resistant coatings. We offer stainless steel or PVDF-coated skins that resist regular washdowns, preventing organic decay and structural rust.
Controlled pharmaceutical facilities require precise pressure containment and flush joint profiles. Our interlocking tongue-and-groove connections seal cleanroom sections to maintain dust-free, sterile air conditions.
High-bay automated warehouses rely on structural panels to handle wind loading and tall vertical spans. Our PIR wall panels provide the structural capacity needed to minimize structural support steel.
