Product Description

Products Description
Polyisocyanurate (PIR) sandwich panels are at the forefront of modern insulation technology, delivering unparalleled thermal performance and energy efficiency. As an efficient performance, easy installation, high quality and environment-friendly material, PIR Sandwich Panel is now widely used in cold storage, Industrial buildings, food markets, hotels, logistic centers, food industry facilities, agricultural and medicine warehouses etc.
Product Details
PIR (Polyisocyanurate Foam) is polyurethane modified polyisocyanurate. It is a foam plastic obtained by polyurethane modification of a kind of foam called polyisocyanurate. Its performance is quite different from polyurethane. Compared with PUR sandwich panels, PIR has lower thermal conductivity and better fire resistance.
Our PIR Sandwich panel has thickness choices from 50mm to 200mm, and can be customized in length and surface steel finish to meet specific project requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
QWhat is the difference between PIR and PUR sandwich panels?
PIR (Polyisocyanurate) is a modified form of PUR. Compared to PUR, PIR has lower thermal conductivity (better insulation) and significantly improved fire resistance performance.
QWhat thickness options are available?
Standard thicknesses are 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm. Custom lengths are available upon request.
QWhat surface material options do you provide?
We offer PPGI in various colors, Stainless Steel (SUS304/SUS201), Embossed Aluminum, and specialized alloys like Ti-Mg-Zn-Al with advanced coatings like PVDF or HDP.
QWhat are the main application areas?
Commonly used in cold storage, industrial plants, food industry facilities, logistics centers, and pharmaceutical warehouses.
QWhat is the heat transfer coefficient (Ud,s)?
Our panels achieve a coefficient of ≤ 0.022 W/[m·K], providing industry-leading thermal insulation.
QDo these panels support green building certifications?
Yes, their high energy efficiency and environmentally friendly production process help in attaining LEED or BREEAM certifications.
