Products Description
Polyisocyanurate (PIR) sandwich panels are at the forefront of modern insulation technology, delivering unparalleled thermal performance and energy efficiency. As an efficient performance, easy installation, high quality and environment friendly material, PIR Sandwich Panel is now widely used in the cold storage, Industrial buildings, food markets, hotels, logistic centers, food industry facilities, agricultural and medicine warehouse etc.
Product Details
PIR (Polyisocyanurate Foam) is polyurethane modified polyisocyanurate. It is a foam plastic obtained by polyurethane modification of a kind of foam called polyisocyanurate. Its performance is quite different from polyurethane. Compared with PUR sandwich panels, PIR has lower thermal conductivity and better fire resistance.
Our PIR Sandwich panel has the thickness choice from 50mm to 200mm, and can be customized in length and surface steel finish to meet specific project requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
QWhat is the difference between PIR and PUR sandwich panels?
PIR (Polyisocyanurate) is a polyurethane-modified foam that offers lower thermal conductivity and better fire resistance compared to PUR (Polyurethane) sandwich panels. This makes PIR panels superior for high-performance thermal insulation and fire safety.
QWhat thickness options are available for PIR sandwich panels?
Standard thicknesses include 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm. Custom thicknesses and lengths (1-18m) can be arranged to meet specific project requirements.
QWhat surface material options are available?
Panels can be customized with PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Iron), Stainless Steel (SUS304/SUS201), Embossed Aluminum, and other alloys. Advanced coatings like PVDF, HDP, and EP are also available for enhanced durability.
QWhat is the fire resistance rating?
Our PIR sandwich panels achieve a fire resistance classification of B-s1, d0. This indicates limited combustibility, minimal smoke production, and no burning droplets, making them safe for industrial and commercial use.
QWhat are the typical applications?
They are widely used in cold storage, industrial buildings, food processing plants, logistics centers, hotels, agricultural warehouses, and medicine storage facilities.
QCan these panels be customized?
Yes, PIR panels offer extensive customization in thickness (50mm–200mm), length (1–18m), surface profiles (Miro, Smooth, Linear, Embossed), and various material finishes and color options.
